Julia Mellor is the world's leading English-speaking expert in Korean traditional alcohol. Originally from Australia, Julia moved to Korea in 2007 and has dedicated the last 11 years of her life to educating and promoting 'Sool' around the world. Great for Everyone
The course format was very nice. As someone new to traditional Korean beverages the format made it very easy to understand and follow along. The infographics and terminology guides also made it easy to look things up along the way and as an overall recap/refresher.

I thought the course was put together very well. I appreciated the in depth explanation of the science throughout the process. I also, really liked the troubleshooting video. It helped me understand why my results are different every time. I am not completely new to brewing makgeolli, but the overall explanation from beginning to end is extremely effective.
